Veterinary Surgeon Teresa O'Driscoll MRCVS MVB graduated from UCD in 1984, she spent a year in-house as a surgeon in the Veterinary college in UCD after graduation. From there she moved into large animal practice in Carlow followed by small animal practice in Tallaght and Naas.
Teresa founded Leixlip Veterinary Hospital and built the clinic on Captain’s Hill in 1995. Over the years has developed the practice and provides an expert service in the north Kildare area.
In 2002, she completed a course in small animal internal medicine from the University Of Sydney. Teresa also has a keen interest in reptiles and has developed a level of expertise in this area.
Brenda Manning BS MVB
Brenda qualified as a Veterinary surgeon from UCD in 2004. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Brenda relocated to Ireland in 1999 to study Veterinary medicine. She also holds a BS in Biology from Purdue University and also worked at the University's Animal disease and diagnostic Laboratory. She has a keen interest in avian medicine and has kept and bred birds since the age of 3 when she obtained her first budgie. She currently keeps a family of 3 cockatiels.
Brenda has completed a postgraduate course in Avian medicine from the University of Sydney and is keenly interested in all things avian.
Sandra Dunne
Sandra joined Leixlip Veterinary Hospital in 2005 after completing a Veterinary care Assistants course in Killester college. She also has a diploma in Veterinary Nursing from UCD. She has been a keen animal lover since an early age becoming a competent horse rider and completing her BHS level 1 instructors exam at age 16. She also spent time working as a groom at Arlie stud.
